Our enclosures are factory-built on our lean manufacturing production line and include all equipment and finishes installed. Kullman buildings can include co-location, office and bathroom spaces, secondary power (generators), galvanized steel base frames, concrete floors, stainless steel doors, spray foam insulation, external fuel fill containment boxes, ballistic walls, internal hoist features, coastal protection on HVAC units and fire suppression systems. They can also be designed to withstand level 4, 150 mph hurricane winds and various seismic conditions.
